It's Time to Face the Facts

Vision:

Our vision includes an illustration of how the rising sea water levels affects the future development of the coastal regions. This illustration can also limit the damages on the social aspect; the constant threat of sea level rise menaces hundreds of millions of people living in coastal communities. People will be forced to abandon their homes and move to another area, if water continues to rise. Moreover, predicting the gradual change in sea water level saves the life of aquatic creatures such as Plankton and shellfish which play an important role in the ocean’s food chain.

Mission:

Our mission is visualizing sea-level trends. Just as the surface of the earth is not flat, the surface of the ocean is also not flat- in other words; the sea surface is not changing at the same rate globally. Therefore, we focused our work on determining the main causes of this crisis, predicting the possible outcomes, and giving an announcement for the affected population to consider the safety precautions.
